At Casa Cuadrau food is very important for the lifestyle we lead. All our meals are based on fresh and as much as possible local, seasonal and organic products. In our yoga retreat programs we usually serve 2 very healthy, balanced and nutritious meals a day.
Breakfast, for retreat participants, varies depending on the season and the program, but typically includes fruit, whole wheat bread, oat porridge, homemade yogurt (goat, sheep or cow), smoothies, hot infusions.
Lunch and dinner are a celebration of the simple luxury of fresh ingredients and the bounty of nature. We typically serve cooked legumes and grains, fresh vegetables, salad bar and raw dishes, and very special desserts.
Our food has proven to be very enjoyable and hearty for both the most discerning vegetarian diners, as well as for those people who are just beginning to try vegetarian food or perhaps are passing through our restaurant as they are visiting this stunning area.

ART is the means that facilitates this integration. The different techniques that help us to observe and explore nature, both within ourselves and around us. La Mission Winery es también el lugar donde se celebra cada verano el Mission Concert.
